Our staff is mobile and ready to meet people under bridges, in encampments, on the streets, and anywhere in the city of Austin. We provide:

• Essential Needs
• Movement (Get moving again) – Identifying Documents (TX ID, SS Card, Birth Certificate, Service Point ID), Coordinated Assessment, MAP, SNAP, SOAR
• Connect to Resources where they are – EMS, CHP, Street Medicine, VA, CDU, Integral Care

As our outreach efforts build relationships with individuals, our focus naturally shifts toward delivering more personalized care. Our ultimate goal is to identify and address the specific obstacles and barriers they face. By understanding their unique circumstances, we can then provide tangible steps and guidance to help them overcome their current situation and pave the way towards a more sustainable and hopeful future.

Some clients may be eligible for housing programs, while others may require employment referrals or assistance in overcoming obstacles that hinder their ability to resolve their housing situation on their own.
